We collect your Personal Data when you fill out the Leads form made available by LinkedIn.

(i) If you no longer wish to receive our emails, you may unsubscribe by sending an email to compliance@beonup.com.br. Once you choose this option, you will be removed from our mailing list.
(ii) If you wish to request review, correction, update, deletion (for data processed based on consent), or a copy of your Personal Data for portability purposes, please contact us at compliance@beonup.com.br. Requests will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
(iii) Withdraw your consent for the processing of your Personal Data when such processing is based on consent. Withdrawal does not affect the legality of prior processing.
(iv) Object to the processing of your data in case of non-compliance with data protection legislation.
(v) Contact and/or file a complaint with the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
Campaigns and Third-Party Websites
This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party practices, including LinkedIn-sponsored campaigns or linked pages. We are not responsible for third-party privacy practices, and inclusion of links does not imply endorsement.
Retention Period
We will retain your Personal Data for as long as permitted, considering the purposes of collection and legal limits.
